In pursuit of continually educating myself to provide better service to my clients, in 2011, I successfully met the necessary experience and education and passed the California Department of Real Estate Brokers exam. An applicant must meet the minimum full-time work experience in the Real Estate industry, completing eight advanced-level courses that include topics of Real Estate Practice, Advanced Law & Legal Aspects, Advanced Finance, Advanced Appraisal, Economics & Accounting, Property Management, Administration, and Escrow.
The California state brokers exam requires answering more questions and a higher passing grade than the standard real estate salesperson license.
